My Approach to Therapy
I am committed to cultivating a safe and judgment free therapeutic space for you and your family to explore, express and embrace your unique gifts and qualities.
I provide trauma informed care with a flexible and relational approach that is tailored to individuals (child, teen & adult), couples or families’ needs in service to authentically connect and build a safe environment to move through treatment.
My role as a facilitator is to assist you along the journey of self discovery by providing perspective shifting guidance towards empowerment, authenticity, and clarity.
I believe in the resiliency and power of the human spirit to find meaning and personal transformation, even amongst life’s most difficult moments. With an array of diverse experience across different settings and disciplines, I take a collaborative and multidisciplinary approach to navigate treatment by utilizing therapeutic tools and solutions best suited for your growth.

I utilize an integrative and experiential approach that’s flexible which utilizes tools and perspectives including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic therapy, creative expression and Play therapy.
I earned my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Sofia University, Palo Alto, California. I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #95636), and I have nearly completed my supervised hours for my LMFT license. I am under the clinical supervision of TheraThrive’s Director, Grace Malonai, PhD, LPCC, BC-TMH, and TheraThrive’s Lead Therapist, Katie Malone, LPCC, LMFT.
