My Approach to Therapy
Everything is connected; our work together includes better understanding these connections, what is working, and what may not be working. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship, which is why I work to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for my clients to be their authentic selves. I am passionate about peace and acceptance, identity and connectedness, mindfulness, balance, and strengthening emotional intelligence.
A Personalized Approach
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, emerging adults and adults. My approach is person-centered, tailored to your needs, and strengths based.
A Holistic Approach
I have had the wonderful experience of working with individuals of all ages, holistically, to support and foster my clients’ growth. Together we worked on coping skills, awareness building, and better understanding the self (body, mind, and spirit). My experience in has shown me how various challenges impact us in many if not all areas of life. I have worked with many clients as they face life transitions, adjustments, and different levels of personal control.
I earned my B.S. degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University with a minor in Global Studies.
